The management of national park should be integrated with buffer zone and regional development. Integrated national park management must be based on the existing potency. Ecotourism represents the potency which is able to be created as base of development of integrated national park management.

The research was carried out in Bukit Tigapuluh National Park (BTNP), Riau Province and Jambi Province which aimed to formulate a model of development of integrated management of BTNP.

Data analysis was done with several methods that are spatial analysis, supply and demand analysis, AWOT analysis (integration between SWOT and Analytic Hierarchy Process) and dynamic system analysis.

Model simulation with optimism scenario (integrated management) showed that development of BTNP based on ecotourism will significan increase of local people revenue, and the government income in ten year a head.

BTNP ecotourism improvement which is based on the integrated national park management principality will achieve three purposes of ecotourism management sustainability, namely conservation/environment purpose, economic purpose and social purpose
